Yes, weight training has been a great experience for me as well. I’m just getting back into it after having taking a year or two off. It feels great. One of my concerns is that I’m in my forties now and I don’t notice the rapid gains that I had when I was in my twenties. Rapid gains can be a little deceptive though. In some ways it may be better to make slow steady progress than to risk doing something stupid and injuring yourself.

i looked for a place to post this comment because it is actually a comment on your about page. i see you’re interested in the plight of the honey bee. i used to be a bee keeper here in south africa. i work with the bee you americans call the killer bee. we call it the african bee. it is more resistant to the present problem your european bee is experiencing. so, i was just wondering; isn’t it in fact the answer to the plight of the bee there in america? it is something that i have wondered for quite some time. interested to hear another point of view.
